My series was based on the theme ' a day at the beach ' Where i took a series of photographs over the course of a day at the beach. My use of the theme light was to experiment with film to try produce a series of images that because of the old film camera (which let in alot of natural light) warmed up the image and gave the moment it was captured in a sense of nostalgia. It was spring time and slightly gloomy when i took the images so using this technique allowed me to produce a series which seems like a summer day at the beach, all while playing on the ever growing popular fad of lomography and instagram. So playing on the cliche of summer beach photography and riffing on lomography i produced these images...

For the third assignment we were asked to create a series of photographs based on the theme 'light'.
